From the moment we arrived until we checked out we were treated like VIP’s ( and we were dressed to attend a goth/ rock gig at Rock City) …. The welcome was genuine and throughout our stay the staff were fantastic… our room ( just a standard ) was very large and the quality of toiletries/ hospitality tray were some of the best we’ve seen and we travel and stay around the U.K. for gigs …even a small fridge with 2 bottles of water ( very handy the morning after the night before ) … Great snack lunch , superb breakfast and brilliant bar with a relaxing friendly atmosphere and the friendliest of staff that happily served guests until the early hours… We really were SO impressed and can’t wait to return ….

From the moment we arrived the staff were welcoming and friendly. I was slightly early and my room wasn’t ready so they looked after my luggage for me and gave me some drink vouchers for my birthday! The spa was relaxing and lovely. My bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. I had petals on my bed and a surprise birthday cake platter which was just so special. Lots of variety at breakfast and dairy free milk options. Location was perfect as I was attending an event at Alea casino which is across the road, we were also able to use the tram as the stop is close by. I will definitely be back! It’s my favourite hotel in Nottingham.

Literally at the centre of the city, we had a spacious and beautiful room at the top floor with a city view. We had a lounge next to our room with lots of snacks and drinks included, which was empty during our stay, so we got to use frequently as if it was an extension of the room. Lovely pool. Delicious and abundant food. The staff was super friendly and ready to help. Special thanks to the receptionist, James. He was so kind with his recommendations for things to see around the city, and during our departure, he waived off our parking fee. Thank you so much. We'd definitely stay there again!

The check in was very smooth and quick. We were informed of meal times, etc... and made to feel very welcome. The room was spotless and very tidy. Bed was massive and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection of cooked items, pastries, cereals and fruit. The staff at breakfast were very helpful and were very efficient in cleaning our table of used plates and mugs. There was one issue were the key cards for the door would not work after the first night but this was resolved immediately by the reception staff.

The hotel itself is beautifully decorated and very relaxing with lots of different areas for different needs such as working, socialising, reading etc. The staff were all lovely and friendly and the food was a lovely selection in the evening as was breakfast the next morning.
