Matthew and Gemma went the extra mile for me during my stay. I was in a really sticky situation and they worked with me in order to find a solution to my issue. They were attentive and patient and did what they could - which ended up exceeding my expectation of resolving the issue at hand. They did this whilst also simultaneously serving other people which truly displayed their skill in working under pressure - to which I was very impressed. I am very happy, very grateful for their presence during my check-in. They really made sure my time away for work was not a disaster and the hole I dug myself in was easy to get out with them helping me. Matthew and Gemma, thank you so much. You are keeping a big name like Crowne Plaza keep up their reputation.

Well located for centre of Nottingham. One of the best hotels we have stayed at for a long time. We were a group up for the races which was 15 mins in taxi. Rooms were adequate but clean and no noise Hotel staff were really good. The bar / lounge are was exceptional. Spa was really good with some nice touches. Breakfast was best buffet we have had by far in the UK. Mathew Concierge was so helpful and at breakfast the greeting staff took the time to show us around which was a nice touch. Best staff member was Victoria in lounge bar - such a lovely girl so friendly chatty and helpful. The management should be very proud of their hotel and staff - it is a real credit. First choice for us in Nottingham. Highly recommended.

Really cool looking hotel, modern with loads of different seating areas. Bedroom had everything needed - the bathroom had bottles of handwash, body wash etc, plenty of towels etc, and there was a mini fridge, TV, hairdryer and ironing board in the room. Bed was a super kingsize and very comfortable. Didnt get to use the swimming pool but would have if we stayed longer. Breakfast was amazing - everything you could want on a help yourself basis - cereals, fruit salad, yoghurts, pastries, toast and the full English. A central location in Nottingham close to everything with lots of places to eat, although the hotel has its own restaurant too. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

we liked everything from the room, the breakfast, the location....... The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and to have a fridge is always a nice touch. The air con was easy to work and worked well. The bathroom was spotless, a good size bath and a good shower. The breakfast was lovely, the Cumberland sausages and bacon were very tasty and great quality and proper mushrooms! You can't fault the location. Directly opposite Rock City and right next to the theatre royal and concert hall. A realistic 15min walk to the train station. We will definitely be back as this is our choice of hotel when ever we visit Nottingham 😊

We had a lounge next to our room with lots of snacks and drinks included, which was empty during our stay, so we got to use frequently as if it was an extension of the room. Lovely pool. Delicious and abundant food. The staff was super friendly and ready to help. Special thanks to the receptionist, James. He was so kind with his recommendations for things to see around the city, and during our departure, he waived off our parking fee. Thank you so much. We'd definitely stay there again!
